MicroSphere – the material for maximum acoustic precision 
The unique "MicroSphere" coating of the 165 mm / 6.5" high-end GRAPHIC GL6 MK2 mid woofers ensures outstanding sonic performance. With this patented technology, ceramic micro hollow spheres with a diameter of only 75 µm are embedded in a polymer layer and applied to the cone. This special coating guarantees perfect inner damping without negatively affecting the diaphragm weight. Instead, the innovative treatment increases the stiffness of the hand-scooped cone and allows this exceptional speaker to perform even more dynamically and accentuated.

Perfection – redefined
BRAX would not live up to its claim if our striving for perfection did not result in constant improvements to details. The GL6 MK2 comes with a new dust cap made of particularly soft polyurethane that ensures an even more balanced frequency response in the midrange and thus maximum tonal neutrality.

Even the smallest detail counts
All components of the GL6 MK2 reflect the BRAX philosophy without anyexception. The extremely stable die-cast aluminum basket signals unshakeable solidity, whereas the highly precisely manufactured magnet system in conjunction with the 37 mm, 3 Ohms voice coil not only offers ideal Thiele/Small parameters for the best possible impulse response, but also warrants high efficiency. The specially shaped rubber surround ensures maximum linear diaphragm excursion, 24-carat gold-plated screw terminals minimise contact resistance. Last but not least, the large magnet ventilation opening allows best possible minimisation of compression effects and the robust cover with BRAX lettering provides reliable protection for the magnet.

Each pair of speakers is unique
As is typical for BRAX, each pair of speakers is given its own serial number and recorded in a service database. This high-end product – Made in Germany – is rounded off by the packaging in a fine wooden box, which once again underlines the philosophy of the BRAX brand.
